📋 Description

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close calendar across all entities, establish
• Lead multi-entity group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, cross-entity
• Own the preparation and integrity of financial statements across entities, including the general
• Maintain rigorous balance-sheet and bank reconciliation processes, ensuring aged or unexplained
• Oversee accounting processes and data quality to ensure the underlying information supporting
• Own the finance systems environment, including system configuration, controls, process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, including substantial experience with
• Deep practical knowledge of both US GAAP and UK GAAP/FRS 102.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of financial close processes and external audit cycles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting across multiple
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex financial modeling, reconciliations, analysis, and
