Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead Global Accounting teams (Revenue/AR, AP, Payroll) and resolve queries.
• Oversee month-end close under US GAAP; reconcile balance sheets and accruals.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements; support management accounting package.
• Oversee tax and statutory compliance across international and domestic regs.
• Manage treasury and cash flow forecasting; liquidity planning.
• Support PE ownership context; assist in due diligence and potential M&A.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified CPA (or equivalent), ideally trained within a Big Four firm
• Strong technical accounting background with ongoing development
• Experience across core finance areas, incl. tax and treasury
• Comfortable in a global, complex environment with US GAAP knowledge
• Proactive and detail-oriented; ability to resolve technical accounting matters
• Hands-on and strategic; able to operate at both high level and detail
