Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Own global Record-to-Report, Treasury, and Tax operations.
• Lead a hands-on finance team across NA, Europe, and India.
• Report to the CAO and guide AI-enabled automation in finance.
• Drive cycle-time reduction and process improvements in close.
• Oversee SEC reporting and internal control framework.
• Champion cross-functional partnerships with IT, FP&A, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
• 15+ years in accounting/finance at publicly traded companies.
• Big 4 background with audit and technical accounting.
• Multinational, multi-entity leadership across R2R, Treasury, and Tax.
• ERP expertise with Oracle NetSuite; close automation experience.
• SOX 302/404, ASC 606/842/740, and SEC disclosure experience.
