📋 Description

• Work with Sales, SD, CX on revenue-driven transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, and close transactional agreements.
• Collaborate with internal experts on topics affecting your area.
• Advise senior leaders on legal and business issues.
• Manage risk and reflect compliance in agreements.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years legal experience, including in-house experience (SaaS preferred).
• Law degree from a US law school and bar admission in the US.
• Experience with SaaS issues: revenue recognition, tax, privacy, security, data privacy, IP.
• Experience supporting Statements of Work for professional services.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
