📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (customers, vendors, MSAs, SOWs).
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigations aligned with business goals.
• Provide timely legal guidance to cross-functional teams (P2P, Finance, HR, IT).
• Manage board/shareholder matters and statutory governance records.
• Monitor GDPR/CCPA/DPDP updates and advise on privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams and external counsel; oversee CLM/AI governance.

🎯 Requirements

• LLB mandatory; LL.M. preferred; qualified to practice in India.
• 5–7 years post-qualification; 4–6 years in a SaaS multinational.
• Extensive experience with customer and vendor agreements; strong contracting/negotiation.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, DPDP; privacy compliance expertise.
• Familiarity with CLM (IronClad) and AI product terms.
• Strong stakeholder management; excellent communication; multi-geography work.
