📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad portfolio of commercial, vendor, professional services
• Advise on contract structure and risk allocation, including liability, indemnification, insurance
• Translate business objectives into clear contract terms, coordinate internal review and approvals
• Support strategic partnerships, commercialization initiatives, health-system collaborations and
• Draft and negotiate clinical trial and site agreements, amendments, material transfer agreements
• Partner with Clinical, Corporate Development, Commercial, Finance and other stakeholders to align

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with substantial responsibility for drafting and negotiating
• Demonstrated experience with a varied agreement portfolio, such as MSAs, SOWs, vendor and
• Working knowledge of life sciences and healthcare contracting issues, including clinical research
• Hands-on experience using contract lifecycle management and electronic-signature systems to track
