📋 Description

• Provide daily legal counsel across functions (employment, retail, e-commerce).
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret commercial agreements (vendor, tech, marketing).
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate business impact.
• Advise HR and leaders on employee relations matters.
• Manage employment-related claims and investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; active U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house/retail preferred).
• Experience advising national retailer or multi-state employer.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements.
• Extensive understanding of multi-state employment regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
