📋 Description

• Provide legal advice to global partners on transactions.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Lead and supervise Contracts Managers; enforce risk controls.
• Develop and maintain templates, risk analyses, and policies.
• Location: Scottsdale, New York City, or Boston; hybrid with Tue-Fri onsite.
• Collaborate with attorneys, contracts managers, and admins.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, hardware, and services.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and active US state bar in good standing.
• Ability to act with urgency and mentor others.
• Experience with international agreements.
