• Provide legal guidance for digital mortgage shopping and consumer financial services.
• Advise on compliance with mortgage, consumer finance, privacy, and ad laws.
• Review products and marketing for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assess legal and regulatory risks and propose practical solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and strategic agreements.
• Monitor laws affecting mortgage and consumer financial services.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in law firms or in-house.
• Experience advising on mortgage, consumer finance, privacy, and ad laws.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting mortgage brokers, lenders, and marketplaces.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting regulatory and transactional matters in mortgage or consumer finance.
