Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing, structuring, and closing a broad range of commercial and strategic agreements
• Partnering with Product and Engineering on new launches, including advising on relevant contract
• Supporting Snyk's AI governance through the assessment of models (whether via direct providers or
• Assisting with Legal efficiency initiatives, including efforts to develop, implement, and enhance
• Providing day-to-day legal advice to our sales, partnerships, and procurement teams.
• Assisting with data privacy matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in commercial and product counseling in the technology sector, with emphasis on
• Experience in drafting and advising clients on technology-related commercial agreements, including
• Hands-on experience with, or demonstrated fluency in, AI models and agentic tools.
• Curiosity about how our products work, and the conviction that establishing a foundational
• Strong communication skills, especially translating legal concepts to non-lawyers in a clear and
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
