📋 Description

• Partner with AbbVie Patient Services personnel and other internal stakeholders to assess legal
• Provide timely, risk-balanced advice on the design, implementation, modification, and
• Review patient-, healthcare provider-, field-, and leadership-facing materials involving patient
• Counsel on the collection, use, sharing, and measurement of patient-services data, including
• Serve as a strategic legal advisor to Market Access field teams on interactions with payers
• Advise on the development and field presentation of Healthcare Economic Information (HCEI)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience practicing in-house at a pharmaceutical company
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
