Corporate Counsel, Strategic Investments

📋 Description

• Support Finance and Engineering on corporate transactions and strategic investments.
• Own all legal aspects of such transactions: diligence, negotiation, deal execution, integration.
• Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists.
• Manage corporate legal affairs domestically and internationally for the company and subsidiaries.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Collaborate on employee stock plan documents and related communications.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5+ years of corporate law experience
• In-house counsel experience (preferred)
• Ability to register as in-house counsel in California (preferred)
• Experience with cross-border transactions (preferred)
• Must be admitted to the bar in at least one US state
