Corporate Development Analyst

📋 Description

• End-to-end M&A and strategic investments; market screening and outreach.
• Build and maintain financial models (valuation, plans, scenarios).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking across fintech, payments, SME.
• Prepare materials for execs/board, including memos, decks, updates.
• Support fundraising with investor materials, data room prep, analysis.
• Analyze internal data (GMV, cohorts, unit economics, lending) for insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• 0-3 years' analytical experience in high-growth env (tech, consulting, banking).
• Analytical skills and business case development.
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise; Tableau/Power BI a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge preferred.
