Corporate Development Associate - Digital Infrastructure M&A

📋 Description

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with our data center infra, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deals.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential transactions.
• Assess M&A and investment opportunities; present findings in business memos and exec presentations.
• Track industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform corporate development strategy.
• Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years M&A experience in IB/PE/corp dev, focused on data centers and real estate.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; experience with real estate, mergers, and accretion/dilution modeling.
• Strategic thinker who synthesizes market data into actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with experience presenting to executives.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manages multiple complex projects.
• Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure; prior ML or GPU space experience is a strong plus.
