📋 Description

• Proactively identify and source software businesses that align with the organization's acquisition
• Build and manage a robust M&A pipeline through research, prospect identification, and targeted
• Lead outbound prospecting initiatives and initiate conversations with business owners, founders
• Build trust and establish strong professional relationships with key decision-makers throughout the
• Nurture long-term relationships and position the organization as a credible and trusted acquisition
• Develop and test new outreach strategies, processes, and approaches to improve pipeline generation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, relationship management, prospecting, or another
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of business operations, enabling you to quickly assess
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
• Strong executive presence, professionalism, and maturity when engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a proven ability to take initiative and work
