📋 Description

• Support the VP, Corporate Development on active M&A transactions during the engagement
• Support the identification and evaluation of M&A opportunities, partnerships, and strategic
• Lead early-stage opportunity assessment, including market analysis, strategic fit evaluation, deal
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams to lead due diligence and integration planning when relevant.
• Support outreach and diligence conversations with acquisition targets and external advisors, under

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build and
