Corporate Development Director

📋 Description

• Work with the CFO/COO on deal sourcing, qualification, initial rationale/pitch, financial modeling
• Assist and provide support during M&A integration periods
• Analyze industry trends to identify potential acquisition targets
• Develop industry landscapes and competitive analyses for board/executive level review
• Direct diligence efforts between internal and external parties
• Analyze diligence data and create board/executive level presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of investment banking, 3+ years of corporate development and/or private equity experience
• Expertise in building financial and valuation models
• Experience working on M&A transactions of different sizes, from acqui-hires and asset-only
• Must-Have skills: Excel (can build and maintain complex spreadsheets) and Google Sheets, PowerPoint
• Sound judgment, sharp analytical skills, excellent written communication skills, strong verbal and
