🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, IB, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex M&A and strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, AI, autonomy, or robotics preferred.
• Ability to influence executives and guide in high-stakes environments.
