Corporate Development Lead

📋 Description

• Own M&A pipeline tracking and target sourcing
• Partner closely with Product and GTM leadership to surface where M&A or strategic partnerships
• Run Mercury's Market Intel function
• Run M&A diligence - financial modeling, target evaluation, synergy analysis
• Drive post-close integration: own the integration plan, run the cross-functional workstreams
• Drive preparation of Mercury's Board of Directors materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house Corporate Development seat
• Direct reps on live M&A deals - diligence, modeling and execution
• Driven post-close integration on the company side
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data
• Work with AI every day
• Write clearly
