📋 Description

• Own the M&A process end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, structuring, close.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising; manage data rooms and investor materials.
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of targets aligned to Paxos priorities.
• Conduct market diligence and build rigorous financial models and memos.
• Partner with the executive team; translate market insights into recommendations.
• Scale Paxos Ventures: establish repeatable deal sourcing and integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to own fundraising end-to-end (workstreams, materials, investor relations).
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech is a plus.
• 7+ years of work experience.
