Corporate Development Lead (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Own significant M&A workstreams end-to-end, from initial screening and due diligence through
• Run full target valuations autonomously, including DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, and
• Own origination streams, including pipeline management, inbound monitoring, market mapping, and
• Contribute to Investor Relations and corporate strategy workstreams, preparing analyses, materials
• Write clear strategic and investment memos for senior leadership, steering committees, and
• Transfer knowledge to interns and junior team members, while improving the team's AI-enabled ways

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of relevant M&A or Corporate Finance experience in an investment bank, M&A
• Can independently build and defend a full target valuation with strong attention to detail
• Can write clear, compelling strategic and investment memos for senior audiences in both French and
• Are able to own workstreams with light supervision: you anticipate risks, raise issues early when
• Are fluent in French and English (C1 or above, written and spoken)
