🎯 Requirements

4-8 years in finance/ops/strategy with cross-functional work
Track record managing cross-functional programs end-to-end
Experience managing peer-level relationships without formal authority
Ramp quickly into new domains and structure ambiguity into actionable plans
Strong written and verbal communication; decision-first
M&A or integration experience
