📋 Description

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing, financial
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations that shape company
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players, analyzing relative strengths and weaknesses and
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new
• Strengthen Corporate Development team operations by enhancing existing processes and contributing

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, top tier management consulting, corporate
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for
• BA/BS degree with deep intellectual curiosity for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
