Corporate Events Intern

📋 Description

• Support planning and logistics for corporate events, including venue research, vendor coordination
• Build and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, budgets, and checklists so nothing falls
• Manage attendee registration, RSVPs, guest lists, and event communications such as invitations
• Coordinate event materials and swag, including ordering, shipping, inventory tracking, and on-site
• Help on-site at events with check-in, setup and teardown, guest support, and problem-solving in
• Assist with virtual and hybrid events by setting up platforms, testing tech, and supporting

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and/or graduate in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with vendors, colleagues, and guests.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, experience with tools like Salesforce, Excel, PPT.
• A proactive, calm attitude under pressure and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel for events.
