Corporate Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and continuously develop Mercor's central corporate financial model, including forecasts and
• Drive company-wide forecasting and budgeting in partnership with Finance, Business Operations, the
• Partner with teams across the business to understand key operating drivers and unit economics
• Support capital markets and financing initiatives, including managing external relationships
• Support M&A and other strategic transactions from initial evaluation through diligence and
• Evaluate investments and capital allocation decisions, turning complex financial and operating

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of finance experience. Investment banking experience is strongly preferred, particularly
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities. You enjoy the technical work and can independently
