📋 Description

• Support in quick adjustments to the Business plan or the financial model
• Analyze the trend in KPIs of Forto - especially relating to commercial metrics such as volume
• Support the preparation of various pitchdeck
• Develop satisfactory ad-hoc analysis on various topics (such as response analysis from potential
• Support with maintenance of the IRL and VDR
• Support with day-to-day project management on the fundraise

🎯 Requirements

• Few years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or similar position with emphasis on
• Can manage a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Deep financial modeling skills that allow you to create insightful financial analyses
• Ideally has an experience in fundraise/ M&A and any deal
• Embracing teamwork and intensive hands-on mentality in your daily routine
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel and PPT (Gsheets and Gslides))
