Corporate Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Director of Corporate Finance and VP of Finance on consolidations, opex, balance sheet
• Own the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecast calendar
• Contribute to executive and board presentation materials, preparing analyses and drafting slides
• Prepare consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models; analyze actual vs
• Own and improve the total company opex budgeting process, including headcount planning and budget
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analysis to support key business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow mechanics
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including building models from the ground up and working
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and strong slide-building skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, distilling complex analyses for executive and board
• Demonstrated independent ownership and problem-solving; ability to take ambiguous problems and
