Corporate FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Own benefits and taxes forecasting; analyze monthly variances.
• Consolidated monthly reporting and planning (BvA analyses).
• Prepare finance slides for quarterly board presentation.
• Enhance reporting with AI tools to drive automation.
• Collaborate with BI for forecasting automation using internal tools.
• Role requires in-person presence in Menlo Park at least 3 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related.
• Minimum 1 year FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience at B2B tech companies preferred.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights and AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
