Corporate FP&A Lead

📋 Description

• Own Corporate FP&A outputs and ensure reporting quality.
• Lead the annual operating plan process and CFO presentations.
• Build and manage a small, high-performing FP&A team.
• Drive FP&A digital innovation and automation initiatives.
• Design and maintain close calendars, cadences, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with department heads and Strategic Finance on data handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Run monthly close cycle end-to-end.
• Experience producing board or investor-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable with CFO/C-suite.
• Background in high-growth tech or SaaS preferred.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel; large, complex models; NetSuite ERP.
