Corporate FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and improve key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning
• Collaborate closely with finance, investor relations (IR), and data insights teams to manage and
• Act as a trusted strategic finance partner to key department leaders, helping them navigate budget
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and commentary to partners including Coursera’s Board
• Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders and
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and reduce

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience in the consumer, enterprise, and/or
• Experience with Excel & strong business modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience leading complex workstreams and cross-functional efforts such as managing a yearly
• Demonstrated history of building financial statements (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet) as
• Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics
