📋 Description

• Own end-to-end monthly financial reporting across Wellhub's global operations.
• Consolidate results across regions and acquisitions.
• Prepare and maintain the executive reporting package with updates.
• Analyze Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year; translate variances.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across financial metrics.
• Own the quarterly cohort reporting package with timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Global multi-entity, multi-currency reporting experience.
• Exec-level financial reporting and leadership presentations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Stakeholder management across functions; influence without authority.
• Fast-paced environment; manage competing priorities.
• Pigment/NetSuite/Looker experience; automation a plus; English required.
