📋 Description

• Support the company's corporate governance framework and Board of Directors activities, including
• Assist in preparing for a potential initial public offering and collaborate with internal teams and
• Following a potential IPO, assist in preparation and review of periodic filings with the SEC
• Provide legal support for strategic corporate transactions and financing events, including due
• Help manage subsidiaries and affiliated entities, coordinating formation, dissolution, and changes
• Monitor evolving laws and regulations in corporate and securities law, advise the legal team on

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Strong interest in fintech.
• JD degree required.
• US Bar admission in at least one state.
• Strong communication skills and excellent legal and business judgment.
• Experience working with senior management and various teams in a fast-paced environment.
