Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice, serving as lead lawyer on legal requests
• Provide guidance on contract risks and commercial solutions to sales teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, NDAs, addenda, and termination letters
• Maintain contract templates and approval workflows; coordinate with insurance brokers
• Provide training to the Americas Sales Team on legal matters
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely updates

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• 10 years of U.S. transactional law experience, incl. 3+ years SaaS negotiations
• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills; ability to tailor advice to audiences
