📋 Description

• Own regulatory pathways for strategic launches and international expansion.
• Lead M&A: LOIs, SPAs, due diligence, deal closing.
• Design equity solutions across countries and compliant programs.
• Own corporate governance: board resolutions and governance.
• Build internal legal templates and decision guidelines.
• Manage budget and quality of external legal work; coordinate with Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years corporate, M&A and/or tax law in international env.
• At least 3 years at a top international law firm.
• Expertise in at least one core corporate practice area.
• Mastery of legal writing in French and English.
• D-F level range expected.
• Strong problem-solving, curiosity, rigor, business mindset.
