Review and advise on public filings and disclosure documentation.
Provide legal support and internal training on corporate matters (M&A and development).
Manage insider trading and conflict of interest inquiries, procedures, and policies.
Ensure compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
Support the disclosure committee with strategic disclosure reviews.
Partner with Investor Relations and Communications on disclosure matters.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years corporate legal experience at a publicly listed company.
Strong MAR knowledge and related Dutch/European regulations.
Familiarity with equity compensation structures.
Experience interfacing with AFM, supervisory boards, and management boards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
