  • Build executive relationships with CHROs, VPs, COOs at top brands.
  • Represent Workstream at executive level at conferences and partner events.
  • Lead strategic initiatives with partners: entitlements, QBRs, roadmaps.
  • Demo Workstream and drive upsell/cross-sell; run pilots to expansion.
  • Present ROI analyses and case studies to secure franchise-wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to grow ARR.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Build lasting executive relationships and move deals forward.
  • Sell and conduct commercial conversations; drive deals forward.
  • Able to discuss product direction and startup experience.
  • Organized and accountable; follow through on complex initiatives.
  • Travel up to once every 1-2 months during peak season.
