Lead end-to-end M&A transaction processes: screening, due diligence, analysis, negotiations
Develop and maintain integrated financial models for investment evaluation and transaction
Lead valuation, structuring and scenario analysis across equity and debt investments.
Portfolio monitoring and financial reporting including executive presentations and memos.
Oversee budgeting and cost control for BESIX Power.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
7-10 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, project finance or valuation; renewable energy
Strong financial modelling skills; understanding of project and corporate finance.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
Proactive and self-driven; Entrepreneurial mindset.
