Corporate & Project Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Leading financial appraisal, due diligence, and structuring of BESS and PV transactions
• Building and stress-testing investment models (revenue, degradation, volatility, constraints) and
• Evaluating, negotiating, and optimizing key project contracts (PPA, tolling, EPC, O&M/LTSA)
• Ensuring projects meet international project finance bankability requirements and optimizing cost
• Contributing to portfolio strategy by assessing future risks and opportunities
• Monitoring execution and early operational performance, validating investment assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, project finance, or valuation
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of project and corporate finance
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
• Strong critical thinking and willingness to challenge assumptions
