📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day recruiting activities and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles promptly.
• Promote employer brand and ensure consistent recruitment processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection.
• Support onboarding for new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; social media recruiting a plus.
• English fluency required; Russian a plus.
