• Support the broader recruitment team by leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including corporate or professional hiring
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and direct
• Strong understanding of the Philippine talent market
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple searches and work across time zones
