🎯 Requirements

• 2 years in full cycle corporate recruiting (mortgage/banking/financial services)
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting components
• ATS experience; Taleo preferred
• Manage competing demands; adaptable to change
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Recruits for customer service, finance and tech roles
