📋 Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across corporate, ops, and GTM roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, consolidate feedback, and inform hiring decisions
  • Drive offer management, including compensation alignment and closing

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3–6 years in recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO)
  • Proven high-volume hiring experience in fast-paced/startup environments
  • Strong sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche boards)
  • Experience recruiting for non-technical and business roles; tech hiring a plus
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
