🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services
• Experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding processes
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation requirements and compliance processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client
• Tech-savvy with the ability to explain platform functionality clearly to non-technical users
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
