Corporate Security Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Corporate Security function and define operating model, strategic priorities
• Oversee internal investigations including case intake, prioritization, evidence requirements
• Lead complex or sensitive investigations involving insider misuse, privileged access abuse, trading
• Strengthen investigation practices and guide analysts in investigative research and OSINT
• Coordinate customer-account evidence handovers with Customer Support.
• Manage background screening for sensitive roles and coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake through closure.
• Strong investigative judgment to distinguish allegations, preliminary indicators, and corroborated
• Fraud and insider-risk expertise in investigating employee misconduct, privileged business-system
• Proven ability to establish proportionate case-management processes, evidence-handling standards
• Experience translating investigation findings into practical control improvements and tracking
• Ability to prioritize cases, delegate responsibilities, coach specialists, and balance workloads
