📋 Description

• Lead the Corporate Security function: Define the operating model, strategic priorities
• Oversee internal investigations: Manage case intake, prioritization, evidence requirements
• Strengthen investigation practices: Guide analysts in investigative research and OSINT activities
• Manage background screening: Oversee screening activities for sensitive roles and coordinate with
• Improve internal controls: Direct employee-misuse control initiatives across Trading and Finance.
• Monitor remediation and risk exposure: Track recurring issues, control gaps, outstanding

• Relevant leadership experience: Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations
• Strong investigative judgment: Ability to distinguish allegations, preliminary indicators, and
• Fraud and insider-risk expertise: Experience investigating employee misconduct, privileged
• Investigation governance: Proven ability to establish proportionate case-management processes
• Risk and control management: Experience translating investigation findings into practical control
• Team leadership and coordination: Ability to prioritize cases, delegate routine responsibilities
