Operationalize London office physical security program (access, visitors, incidents)
Manage security vendors/guard force; KPIs/SLAs
Partner with Workplace/Facilities, HR, IT/InfoSec, Legal, EHS, GSOC
Lead local incident response; docs, after-action reviews
Plan security for events, leadership visits, and travel
Drive emergency preparedness: evacuations and drills

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in corporate security or related field
Experience running office-based physical security in a modern corporate env; tech a plus
Proven ability to manage vendors and guard force with measurable outcomes
Strong incident leadership, calm judgment under pressure
Excellent stakeholder management; able to influence and handle sensitive situations
Business-level English for global collaboration and exec-ready communication
