Corporate Security Supervisor (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise the security team, coordinate daily operations, prepare work schedules, and
• Take an active part in operational shifts, on-the-ground security activities, events, and special
• Plan and coordinate security arrangements for company events and ensure personnel, equipment, and
• Monitor and coordinate physical security activities including access control, CCTV, alarm systems
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Facility Management, Events, HR
• Responsible for security-related logistics and back-office activities including equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate security, security operations, or a comparable environment
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with a hands-on
• Highly organised, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Confident working with security systems, operational documentation, reporting tools, and standard
• High flexibility, reliability, ownership, and resilience; willing to work shifts, evenings
• Experience in event security, corporate security operations, coordination of external security
