Partner with Centralized Operations leadership to identify and execute key initiatives.
Support VPs/Directors in driving Ops and financial performance across centers.
Develop analytics, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance.
Conduct financial analyses, forecasting, and business planning for decisions.
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation with outcomes.
Support enterprise growth initiatives and new product launches.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
1-3+ years in IB/PE/consulting/strategy or healthcare.
Experience with financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, incl. financial modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
Travel approximately 5% of the time.
