📋 Description

  • Deliver deskside IT support at NYC HQ for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
  • Run AV for live events at NYC HQ; set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV.
  • Provide rapid, discreet white-glove support to executives across devices and tools.
  • Manage IT hardware logistics across the Americas—lifecycle, inventory, shipping.
  • Onboard new hires with IT orientation and device provisioning.
  • Keep conference rooms AV and collaboration stacks ready; monitor issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows OS.
  • Experience managing hardware logistics: lifecycle, inventory, shipping.
  • ITSM/ticketing experience (Freshservice, ServiceNow).
  • Experience with conference room AV and enterprise conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Google Workspace end-user support – advantage.
