Corporate Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate income tax, VAT, indirect tax
• Review tax filings and coordinate tax audits, reviews, and communications with tax authorities and
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
• Manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance requirements across relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or an advanced

• Experience with transfer pricing regulations and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
